Heavy-duty wire rope thimbles are used to reduce abrasion between the cable and the lag. They also increase the bend radius of the cable to insure longer life of your installation. ANSI requires that heavy-duty thimbles be used in tree cabling systems. Choose a size based on the diameter of cable being used.
