Description
Compact energy absorber for ASAP or ASAP LOCK, for single-person use. Designed for work at height, the ASAP’SORBER energy absorber is used in combination with an ASAP or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester. It allows you to work at a distance from the rope in order to protect it during certain work phases. Equipped with tear-webbing inside a pouch that opens and can be replaced, the absorber is protected from abrasion. It is available in two lengths to provide the best balance between reduced fall distance and distance from the rope.

Must only be used with an ASAP or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester to make a fall-arrest system
Ultra compact, durable, and practical energy absorber:
- Flexible webbing allows it to efficiently follow the fall arrest device
- Durable fabric pouch protects tear-webbing from abrasion and contaminants
- Pouch can be opened to easily perform regular inspections
- Pouch can be replaced if there is premature wear (ASAP’SORBER Pouch, SKU L071EC01, available as a spare part)
Limits the impact force experienced during a fall:
- Webbing tears progressively
- Designed for a single user up to 140 kg
ASAP’SORBER 20 is particularly useful for minimizing potential fall distance
ASAP’SORBER 40 is particularly useful for freeing up work space
ASAP’SORBER 20 and 40 energy absorbers are designed for single-person use and must not be used for rescue
